Johanna Sylvester has over 15 years in healthcare administration and practice management. She has hands-on experience running different specialties throughout her career and understands the importance of having a functional workflow, patient experience, marketing and ROI. Her leadership abilities have been most effective in taking struggling and ineffective practices to the level of profitability.
Additionally Johanna has a passion for developing current healthcare employees into leadership roles. Johanna obtained a Bachelor’s at Briarcliffe College. She is also a current member of MGMA (Medical Group Management Association and COPM certified (Certified Otolaryngology Practice Management).
